Gabriel SS24 KTM Factory Juniors rider Oriol Oliver will not line up this weekend for the 13th round of the FIM Motocross World Championship at the KymiRing circuit. The rumours seem to indicate an illness is preventing the Spaniard from competing this weekend.

After a torrid start to his final MX2 campaign being left without a team, a fill in opportunity presented itself with the Gabriel SS24 team, which was initially for two Grands Prix. However, an impressive ride in the second race in Trentino alongside Oliver’s well respected attitude toward racing; the opportunity then extended for him to compete in the remaining MXGP rounds alongside the British Championship.

Oliver currently holds 10th in the MX2 World Championship standings.
