Quentin Prugnieres and WZ KTM part ways

News broke today that Quentin Prugnieres and the WZ KTM team have parted ways with immediate effect. The Frenchman spent the last three seasons aboard Kawasaki machinery (2022 and 2023 with Bud Racing in EMX250, and 2024 with F&H Racing in MX2). After F&H’s operations closed at the end of last season, WZ KTM signed ‘QP’ for the 2025 season, which started well with solid results and a heap of success in the ADAC German National series.

Despite the success, both parties have decided to part ways, and Prugnieres’ future remains uncertain. However, a step up to a 450 seems imminent.

Prugnieres may only be 20 years old, but a move to the 450 could better suit his style and body structure. Hopefully, we’ll see him competing in the remaining seven rounds with solid support around him.
