Conrad Mewse sealed the MX1 championship with a round to spare after finishing second overall at round seven, the result enough to crown the Honda rider champion ahead of schedule.

But the spotlight belonged to five-time world champion Jeffrey Herlings, who underlined his class by dominating the weekend with back-to-back overall victories on both Saturday and Sunday.
