Ryder Difrancesco left Las Vegas feeling very thankful after a collision with Haiden Deegan saw the Rockstar GasGas rider struck in the head by Deegan’s Star Racing Yamaha as they entered the sand section. Both riders went down, with Difrancesco knocked unconscious from the impact. Fans initially feared the worst, but thankfully he is healthy – though dealing with a concussion.
