Dirt Store Triumph Racing have announced that they have mutually agreed with Joel Rizzi for him to leave the team after two strong seasons. Last year, whilst competing in the MX2 class aboard a Kawasaki, Rizzi was in the battle for the title all season, securing wins and performing well in his one-off appearance in Europe at the MXGP of Lommel. A step up into the MX1 class and a switch to a different manufacturer meant Rizzi’s 2025 season was new in every aspect. Results may have been below where he would have hoped, but Rizzi showcased flashes of speed at various rounds of the British Championship. An announcement on where he will be racing next season is expected to be announced imminently.
