Ben Watson has announced his departure from the Beta MRT Factory Racing team after three seasons together. With the recent signings of Jago Geerts and Rick Elzinga, it appeared unlikely that Watson would remain with the squad despite being contracted through 2026. The team has now confirmed they will not be continuing with Watson next season. So what’s next for Ben? Could he secure a full-time ride in the MXGP paddock, or might he return home to race in the British Championship and select European Grands Prix, perhaps even on a Triumph…?
