With three rounds left in the World Supercross Championship, the Pipes Motorsport Group has announced that Ken Roczen won’t race the final two rounds of the series. Roczen started the season well, winning in Argentina and taking second in Canada behind Eli Tomac. Those results put him at the top of the standings with a 20-point lead over Jason Anderson. With Roczen stepping out, the championship picture changes quite a bit. The title fight now comes down to Jason Anderson, Christian Craig, and Joey Savatgy, who are all within twelve points of each other. For the remaining rounds in Sweden and South Africa, Colt Nichols will step in to race in Roczen’s place.
