The SX1 title fight has amped up as we head into the fifth and final round of the series in South Africa next weekend. Jason Anderson took home the win in Sweden, ahead of the Quad Lock Honda duo Joey Savatgy and Christian Craig. Now, El Hombre and Savatgy are tied at the top of the standings with 126 points, and Craig is only 1 point behind the pair. Enzo Lopes ruined Max Anstie’s chances of an undefeated season, but the Brit still managed to secure the overall GP win and has a huge 41-point lead heading into South Africa.
The World Supercross series has made a massive step forward this season, and whilst eyebrows were raised with the dealings around Ken Roczen not competing in the full series, credit has to be given for the 2025 campaign — it has been entertaining!
