There will be no Ducati Desmo450’s racing round nine of the AMA Supercross series as Dylan Ferrandis continues recovering from a thumb injury sustained in Daytona. Thankfully, the team have confirmed he has not broken any bones or ligaments, with aims to return to Birmingham.

Team update: “After last weekend’s crash at Daytona, Dylan Ferrandis will sit out the Indianapolis round of the AMA Supercross series as he continues recovering from a thumb injury.

The good news: no broken bones or ligament damage. Now it’s time to focus on rest, rehab, and coming back strong for Birmingham, Alabama.”
