Round three of the FIM Motocross World Championship has arrived here in rather cold Frauenfeld, Switzerland, and the qualifying races are complete!
Jeffrey Herlings finally achieved his first qualifying points of the season as the Honda HRC PETRONAS rider took the chequered flag and 10 championship points ahead of Lucas Coenen, Tim Gajser, Andrea Adamo and Maxime Renaux. Frenchmen Romain Febvre and Tom Vialle were a part of the top-five battle before the pair had their own crashes.

Sacha Coenen made it three for three in the MX2 qualifying race, as the young Belgian led from start to finish to tick off another qualifying heat victory. Camden McLellan looks to be the real deal, as the South African Triumph rider finished in second, ahead of Valerio Lata in third, Simon Längenfelder fourth and Mathis Valin fifth after crashing in the opening turns while making a pass for the lead.
