Dirt Store Triumph Racing have announced that Ben Watson has extended his contract with the team heading into the 2027 season, following a strong run of results aboard the TF 450-X. With seven podiums from eight rounds on his return to the British Championship, Watson will look to take one step further and clinch the MX1 crown next season. The team will take on a reduced MXGP campaign next year, with their sights also set on lining up for selected rounds of Pro Motocross in the US. Watson will also have a heavy hitter alongside him for the upcoming season, with his new teammate set to be announced soon.
Jon Giffard, Team Manager – Dirt Store Triumph Racing: “We’re absolutely delighted to have Ben Watson continuing with the team for 2027. Ben has become a huge part of our plans, and we’re excited to build on what we’ve started together. We know what Ben is capable of on the TF-450 X and, after a year getting to this point with the bike, we know he can continue to fight at the front and challenge for championships. We’re looking forward to another big season together and continuing to push the team forward.”
