WATCH: Brand new deep sand track in the UK!

So its the moment we have all been waiting for, the first few clips from the brand new Oakhanger Circuit that will host both the MXN and MXGB openers on back to back weekends! What do we think?

Statement from MX Nationals: ‘Another new track from the MX Nationals team makes it debut as the opening round and that’s good thing for the championship and British MX. This is the perfect track to start the championship in March as it can definitely run in wet conditions, should that be the case….but of course, we’re hoping for a crisp blue skies to kick off another awesome year of racing! This venue will 100% play it’s part in that. It’s got a real ‘Dutch’ or ‘Belgium’ mx feel about it. The surface is a mix of deep and firm sand and winds it’s way though varying evergreen trees and with two of the U.K’s top track builders in Alfie Smith and Justin Barclay designing and building the circuit it will have plenty of modern day obstacles to keep riders and fans entertained. It will get rough pretty quick too, so a good all round challenge for all the riders who will all be riding the track for the very first time.’
